Terms and conditions

The sports court is owned and managed by Ballinode Community Projects Ltd. (BCP) 

Non-payment will result in the group being asked to vacate. BCP reserves the right to refuse entry. 

The sports court is a community space. Respect our neighbours. Inappropriate behaviour, language or noise levels will be reported to An Garda Síochána. BCP is a not-for-profit community development organisation run by local volunteers. 

BCP requests that all users dispose of litter in the bins provided or take it home with them

BCP accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur while using the facility. Users participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety. 

Any income generated is reinvested in our community. Hiring fees support insurance, electricity, cleaning, maintenance, and 24-hour CCTV protection.

By signing the booking form or submitting payment, the hirer agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
